Payments & Transactions
‍Payments are not processed directly through this website.Invoices, payments, and service transactions are handled through our client platform, VidLead Studio (a relabeled version of GoHighLevel), or other agreed third-party systems.Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund considerations are defined in the individual service agreement provided to each client.

Client Media, Hosting & Access
‍For active clients:Final edited full business interview videos and full client testimonial videos may be hosted on third-party platforms such as Vimeo for viewing and sharing.Review, approval, and download access is provided through VidLead Studio.Social media edits are provided for download and are not hosted long-term.Long-term media hosting is limited to what is expressly stated in the client’s service agreement.

Ownership & Intellectual PropertyFinal Deliverables
‍Clients own the final edited video deliverables provided under their service agreement for use in their business.Clients may not:Alter, re-edit, remix, or modify the final videosUse the videos in a way that misrepresents our work or harms our business reputationAny modifications require written consent from 369 Cloud & Media Solutions.

‍Raw Footage
‍All raw, unedited footage remains the sole property of 369 Cloud & Media Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Portfolio & Marketing Use
‍Unless otherwise agreed in writing:We retain the right to use raw footage, final edits, or excerpts for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes.Clients requiring confidentiality or non-use for marketing must request and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to project commencement.

Client Responsibilities
‍Clients agree to:Provide accurate information and timely feedbackReview deliverables within agreed timeframesRespect intellectual property and usage restrictionsDelays caused by lack of client response may impact project timelines.

Third-Party Platforms
‍We may utilize third-party services such as:VidLead Studio (CRM & client delivery)Vimeo (video hosting)Webflow (website hosting and analytics)We are not responsible for the policies, performance, or availability of third-party platforms.

Limitation of Liability
‍To the fullest extent permitted by law:We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

No Guarantees
‍We make no guarantees regarding:
Business outcomes, Lead generation results, Revenue increases. All creative services involve subjective elements and depend on factors beyond our control.
Governing Law
‍These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Illinois courts.
